We’ve designed the interface to be as intuitive as possible, especially for new users — but there are still a few things worth explaining.

Great!

We are a user-centric company that is open to new ideas on how to make our product better. We already have a roadmap of future developments, but interesting innovations may be prioritized. Shoot us your idea or vote for existing one.

How does the Google Calendar sync work?

Tweek instantly imports events from your Google Calendar from the day the sync occurs. After that, every new event added to your Google Calendar will automatically be synced with Tweek.

This only works one-way (Google Calendar -> Tweek), which means if you change an event in Tweek, it won’t be changed in your Google Calendar. Similarly, tasks added to Tweek won’t automatically be added to your Google Calendar.

How do I move a task from one week to another?

If you need to move the task to the next week please follow these instructions:

1. Choose the tasks you want to move

2. Click the calendar icon in the upper left corner

3. In the calendar that appears, select the date to which you want to move the task

How to synchronize Tweek with Google Calendar?

1. Go to the initials icon

2. Go to Calendar Settings next to the calendar you want to sync

3. Toggle the "Import events from your calendar" button

4. Choose the Account for Google Calendar synchronization

5. Select what Tweek can access

6. Choose one or several calendars you would like to sync and set the color for the events from Google Calendar

7. Click "Connect"

Does Tweek have an API?

Yes, Tweek has an API! To work with the API, please follow the instructions provided at the link.

For free users, the read/write limit is 15k/3k

For Premium users, it's 150k/30k

Can I export my to-do lists?

If you want to save your entries from Tweek you can export them to an XML or TXT file.

The export function is only available in the web version

To export data follow the instructions:

1. Go to the Initials icon

2. Choose the calendar from the list

3. Go to Settings

4. Find the "Export to file" icon in the upper right corner of Calendar Settings. It looks like a piece of paper with a downward arrow

5. Click the "Export to file" button

6. Choose the range of dates

7. Choose the file format

8. Press the "Start generating" button

9. The export file is downloaded on your PC

How is my data secured?

We know you’ve entrusted us with your valuable data, and we take its security very seriously. Tweek runs on Google Firebase and uses the Firebase Realtime Database for data storage, so it cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.

All user data is encrypted and stored at rest. Keys and encryption policies are managed in the same way and in the same keystore as Google’s production services.

TLS is built into Firebase Hosting, so content is always delivered securely to your device.

How to change the date format that shows on the calendar?

To change the date format from DD-MM to MM-DD or vice versa:

1. Go to Account settings

2. In the lower part choose Date format by clicking ⌵ icon

Does Tweek synchronize with Outlook?

Synchronization with Outlook is something we're working on and hope to implement in the near future.

Is the weekly view available on the iPad or tablet?

Yes, the iPad already has a weekly view. For this, please update the app to the latest version and put your iPad in landscape mode to activate.

Is there a search feature in Tweek?

Yes, there is! To discover the search function, please follow the instructions:

1. Go to the icon with the three dots in the upper right corner

2. Click "Search"

3. As soon as you start typing text into the search box the search immediately starts showing results

4. Or you can search by color tag

5. To erase a query, click the cross icon on the right side of the search box

6. To close the search box, just click outside the pop-up window and you will return to the Weekly view

Can I use shortcuts in Tweek?

Certainly, shortcuts are handy and quick when you need to enter a task or organize your entries in Tweek! We've already added shortcuts to the roadmap for future updates and are working on implementing them.

Does Tweek use AI, GPT?

Yes, you can interact with Tweek using AI through ChatGPT. Create and analyze tasks and calendars, make plans and checklists using the power of artificial intelligence and Tweek’s visual interface.

I found a bug. How can I report it?

If you find a bug or encounter any problems, please try reinstalling the app; it may help. If this doesn't help, please email us at hello@tweek.so

What should I do if I can’t find the answer to my question?

First, visit our Help Center and use the search function. We do our best to publish relevant questions and answers. If you still can’t find the information, please write to us.
